1. Digital Product Refund Policy

SavvyFlav sells digital recipe ebooks. Because digital files can be accessed and downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once download access has been provided.

2. When We May Help

Please contact us if you purchased the wrong item, cannot access your download, were charged incorrectly, or believe there was a technical problem with your order. We will review the issue and help where reasonable.

3. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order for the same ebook, contact us with your order details so we can review it.

4. Download Problems

If a download link does not work, email us at contact@savvyflav.com. We can resend access or help troubleshoot your order.

5. Refund Requests

Refund requests should include your name, order number, email used at checkout, and a short explanation of the issue. Sending a request does not guarantee a refund, but we will review it fairly.

6. No Refunds for Shared Files

Refunds may be refused if there is evidence of abuse, unauthorized sharing, redistribution, chargeback misuse, or violation of the personal use license.
